actually have first aid duty but end up cancelled!! Cause raining.. good thing & bad thing too.
Ohkayy,next 5 stations.. fear shuttle-run the most but muhahahas its over! Bad result. hope still can get gold.. sit-up improved. standing board jump- Idunknow. Sit&reach-super bad! inclined pull-up-okayy lah.. shuttle-run - expected! Ohya,someone very good hor. Pro!!
